Building the architecture for the Poli-Si Self-Governing Active Learning Defense and Response Model of Thought for Mind-Brain-Heart-Nervous System-Free-Will Coherence. Our overall goal is to map qualities and actions to the seven main chakras, providing a holistic model for cultivating self-awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious choice to evolve past polarized distortions, mind control concepts and beliefs, cognitive warfare, and electronic harassment.
Session 4 scheduled for May 10, 2025, we are moving into building a personalized Trigger and Response Journal System to track emotional, physical, and environmental triggers and their corresponding nervous system responses. Using the Poli-Si Governing and Defense Model, you will apply sensory awareness, self-inquiry, and cognitive frameworks IPO, PSCR, CPA to identify patterns, release cognitive distortions, and align with authenticity. The project empowers you to achieve a zero-point nervous system baseline to reclaim your authenticity.

2. Perform sensory scans to distinguish internal (physiological) from external (environmental) stimuli.

5. Develop a personalized strategy for achieving a fraud-free, zero-point nervous system response.

As discussed, moving into triggers is how we upgrade cognitive processing and release the subconscious unconscious blocks that derail authentic Soul communication through the autonomous reflexes of your responses. Developing the senses for a fraud-free, zero-point baseline calm nervous system response from intentional conscious choice, not unconscious automatic reactions is the goal. It is only through intention and determination that we can develop the sensory awareness necessary to be fully cognizant and aware at all times. Only by recognizing triggers and not allowing stress to overcome and derail our authenticity can we teach ourselves how to recognize default defense mechanisms.
Our first line of defense is recognizing and letting go of what we cannot possibly control; other people, circumstances, situations, and life events. Rather, by focusing CONSCIOUS ENERGY on what we can control, being our thoughts, beliefs, intentions, behaviors, and responses, we are gifted the ability to reroute consciousness towards conflict resolution and decision-making formulas. This is the counterintelligence strategy for releasing the drama of trauma and building cognitive processing.
The nervous system is an energy network that can be tuned into trough higher resonances by freeing ourselves from bias intention, personality distortions, and external impositions. Organic Life Systems exist to help raise the planetary vibration, but just as you cannot tune your radio dial to 99.9FM to hear what is playing on 101.9FM, you cannot tune your consciousness into Organic Life Systems without exercising free-will choice with intention to organize at the Soul level. You must be willing to embrace an attitude of trial by fire and commit to the restoration of the Mind-Body-Spirit Soul Complex through a bifurcation process of healing polarized distortions within your perceptions, intentions, motivations, and behaviors.
The goal is to debug the nervous system and align with organic fraud-free responses. This means you must reconcile mental conflicts and commit to releasing your contradictory beliefs and the behaviors that introduce fraud responses. This requires a deep commitment to healing the personality distortions that hijack clear thinking and authentic action.
By addressing cognitive dissonance programming as a glitch in your mind’s software being a reflection of our actions and beliefs not matching our version of reality, it places us in the position to recognize and understand that hardwired beliefs and autonomous nervous system reactions are synonymous. Your hardwired reactions to stress and threats are fight, flight, freeze, fawn.
When we step into fight, we’re taking the position of confrontation and resistance. When we’re in flight we lean into escapism and avoidance. When in freeze we become paralyzed and shut down, and when fawning we submit to people pleasing. Each of these responses distorts your perceptual responses by overriding your conscious choice through the inertia of your survival instincts. A fraud-free nervous system, where your reflexes don't hijack your autonomy is Zero-Point, it’s the gateway to Organic Life Systems. We must become very clear on this understanding if we are to move forward into developing the cognitive processes necessary for the Poli-Si framework.
CONTEXT CHANGES EVERYTHING The human body is a technology. Your DNA is a sophisticated operating and information processing system. It’s a data bank of stored wisdom and true knowledge that can help you uncover your subconscious distortions and replace them with beliefs aligned with truth.
Your brain is a computer processor, heart a generator, nose a sensor, ears a satellite, eyes a camera, pineal gland a VR headset into the Soul, and your biofield a highly precise navigation system with early detection and protection capabilities. Our goal is to teach you how to manage your internal state and emotional well-being as you create a personalized cyber secured Neural Network and Energy Mapping System for processing information as data through energy exchange formulas. This is how we develop our ability to police and regulate our thoughts as we build the program language necessary to create a cryptographic mind.
A neural network is a complex system inspired by a structure and function of the human brain composed of inner connected nodes (neurons) that process and transmit information. They’re mathematical models designed to approximate complex and nonlinear relationships between input and outputs.
Energy mapping is the framework we use to visualize, analyze, and understand complex energy patterns within the human biofield, chakra system, and meridians. It’s a strategy that provides guidance and support for balancing, harmonizing, and optimizing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self that helps us identify our strengths, weaknesses, fears, attachments, and areas in need of improvement.
Authenticity is the program language and master code for the Poli-Si System of Thought. When unlocking this powerful framework, the emphasis must be on genuine, heartfelt and sincere expression by recognizing your true thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
The elements within the Poli-Si template require authentic communication through present moment self-awareness + emotional honesty + self-accountability + tolerance + empathy + self-compassion + determination + self-acceptance + forgiveness + gratitude = Authenticity / Zero-Point. By combining these elements with this formula: Information (Input) + Knowledge (Output) – Distortions (Polarity) = Zero-Point / Authenticity and thinking in systems we can track and trace our patterned emotional responses to train ourselves to recognize and work through our triggers through cognitive dissonance programming. We can use this knowledge to work with the nervous systems fight, flight, fawn, freeze survival responses to produce a fraud free zero-point response. Organic Life Systems are rooted in truth and wisdom supporting the evolution of human life. The language of authentic existence is Energy aligning with the natural intelligence of the body and Soul.
Inorganic systems disrupt human potential through deception, trauma-based mind control and synthetic interference. Consciousness interprets and responds to energy exchanges that require coherence and it’s our job to discern the truth from a falsehood by overriding the distortions. Facing our fears through emotional honesty and self-accountability while not allowing ourselves to be mainpulated is the work.
Again, your biofield is a highly precise navigation system with early detection and protection capabilities. Detecting interference through Authenticity takes the Superposition of Energies. Your biofield sensor encounters a mix of energies and it is your job to explore and restructure the unconscious and subconscious mind to identify, understand, and transmute the distorted filters caused by trauma-based mind control and inorganic interference.
Subconscious mapping helps us uncover the hidden processes driving thoughts, emotions, and reactions, using the body’s natural systems as a guide. The biofield as a navigator positions the subconscious as a bridge between energy inputs from the biofield or memory, and the conscious mind outputs decisions and actions. Mapping allows us to reclaim control over our autonomy by revealing how energies, truthful or deceptive shape our inner world.
As we build our cognitive processing Poli-Si uses non-absolute thinking as a steppingstone to the experiential insights that non-dual awareness offers. Non-absolute thinking is practical and accessible in everyday life, whereas non-dual awareness requires a much deeper practice.
Non-absolute thinking and non-dual Awareness share contextual and relational perspectives by challenging ridged, binary frameworks and emphasize a fluid interconnected understanding of reality that embraces ambiguity and paradox. Non-absolute thinking is primarily a cognitive approach used for reasoning, decision making, and interpersonal interactions that operates within the realm of thought and analysis.
Non-dual Awareness is a spiritual state cultivated through meditation and contemplative practices, by transcending thought into direct perception of reality beyond concepts. Both reduce ego attachment to personal beliefs and dogmas, encourage other viewpoints, and dissolve the illusion of separation. Both foster a sense of unity with all of existence and promote humanity through a broader, less self-centered awareness. Both recognize that truth and validity is context dependent on circumstances, cultural norms, societal conditions, and individual perspectives. For example, what is right in one situation may not be in another. Both embrace uncertainty and avoid oversimplifying complex issues by acknowledging gray areas and resisting categorizations by consistently adjusting beliefs or confusions always based on new evidence and feedback.
Building the cognitive framework for non-absolute thinking is a high-stakes challenge that requires clear rules and absolute standards. Pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving frameworks were developed to maintain balance between flexible thinking, core values, and ethical boundaries to avoid excessive relativism. Having the cognitive processes in place to mitigate the challenges of non-absolute thinking is necessary, otherwise we run the risk of moral relativism through shadow programs, adversity challenges, misinterpretation, indecisiveness, and cognitive overload.
TI SENSORY BUILDING Creating a mental workspace for sensory awareness to identify sensory triggers is achieved by building metacognition, journaling thoughts, meditation, sensory integration, and cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to distinguish the differences between the cognitive distortions from the internal stimuli of thoughts and emotions to external environmental stimuli factors.
Building a baseline of calm (zero-point) can be achieved by sitting comfortably and performing sensory scans when triggered. Note what you see, hear, feel, smell, and sense internally. For example, heartbeat, muscle tension, resistance, or body pain. Always breathe deeply, long breaths in and even longer breaths out. The brain will release a natural calming chemical as you identify perceived external disturbances, such as V2K, tingling, or electrical impulses. Log them without judgment. By facing fear and naming the external sensations through non-judgment we can release emotional attachments and use them as tools to gift us the ability to differentiate between physiological responses and perceived external causes. It’s very important to understand you cannot perceive accurately in a triggered response. In trauma-based mind control emotional energies trap the mind inside disturbances connected to shadow programs, cognitive distortions, inner child timelines, and frequency modulation zones that tether us to inorganic life systems. The emotions, thoughts and ideas you have surrounding your triggers is the trap, but non-judgment unlocks the trap and creates the space for reconciliation. Understand, you cannot discern properly in judgment because your senses dwell inside a chemically induced electronic prison where judgment blocks discernment. The goal is to release judgment to receive the gift of discernment.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy gives us the ability to reframe intrusive thoughts while reducing the fixation to perceived threats. Building new mental models such as there can be no problems without a solution. I’m experiencing solutions as problems in a time delay. This experience is showing up for my highest good to teach me how to override mind control, cognitive warfare, and electronic harassment. We create new baseline formulas, claim our agency, and position ourselves to release cycles of abuse. By choosing your responses and acting accordingly, you release resistance to peace and calm is restored. When you correlate your physiological state with your reported experience you can identify internal stress responses from external causation. By journaling and labeling your thoughts, symptoms, and experiences from a neutral position you reduce the effects of external forces. As you begin to question the source of your experiences; for example, hearing voices, tight chest, leg cramps, electricity, or pain you will notice it greatly reduces the effects of external forces. Moving into your pain from the proper mindset neutralizes the effects. Moving directly into pain and discomfort, rather than avoiding or suppressing is the antidote for your suffering. In fact, it’s a proven mathematical formula. However, the formula will not work unless you align with the heart and take action through emotional honesty and releasing cognitive distortions.
All suffering comes from resistance, resistance to what is. How you think and believe things should be vs how they actually are. This is a HUGE cognitive distortion. Upgrading these cognitive processes is the override for pain and suffering; however, you will have to adopt some illogical ways of thinking to counter the terrorism affects you will inevitably experience from rerouting your consciousness.
