The science of Poli-Si offers a Free-Energy Exchange, Self-Governing, Active-Learning Defense and Response Model of Thought and Non-Dual Somatic Program Language for building Mind-Brain-Heart-Nervous System-Free-Will Coherence.
The highlight of this practice is to regulate the nervous system and develop adaptive responses to stressors by learning the difference between unconscious processes (automatic nervous system responses, intuitive signals, and implicit motivations) and conscious connection (deliberate alignment with purpose and presence). Unconscious awareness emerges by feeling raw bodily sensations without analysis, and conscious connection is established by grounding deliberately in the present moment.
A 10–15-minute daily pause and reset practice for developing clarity, sovereignty and self-alignment. Simple phrases serve as a reflective mirror and tuning fork for developing intention and intuition. Discerning motivations is necessary to support your growth and soul mission.
Take a moment to notice your environment softly, without judgment. Use rhythmic breathing in for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 4. This prepares the nervous system for bridging unconscious responses with conscious intent.
Step 1: Ground and Stabilize
Tuning into unconscious autonomic signals through non-dual presence counters stress and establishes safety. Place your feet flat on the ground, feeling their contact naturally. Let your body sway or settle while noticing subtle sensations without labeling. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
Reflective Mirror & Tuning Phrase: “I am here, in this body, in this moment. I am ready to listen to my truth. I now give my subconscious mind permission to reveal all known and unknown truths.”
Scan your body gently. Notice any areas of tension, heaviness, or ease. Don’t judge or try to change anything, just observe. Let your body be a map to guide you towards what needs attention.
Step 2: Inquiry: Aligning with Core Values
Bring to mind a specific action, behavior, or situation to reflect upon. Hold it lightly in your awareness, observing from a neutral place. Ask yourself: “Does this action or behavior align with my core values?”
Pause. Breathe deeply. Let your core values rise to the surface and feel into how your body responds. Example, honesty, compassion, integrity, freedom. Does it feel open, grounded, or aligned? Or do you sense constriction, unease, or disconnection? Trust the sensations as signals of alignment or misalignment. If no clear answer comes, simply note what you feel.
Say to yourself: “I honor my core values. My body knows what is true for me.”
Step 3: Inquiry-Aligning with Highest Intention
Now, deepen the reflection. Ask: “Does this action or behavior align with my highest intention.”
Breathe into this question. Notice how your body responds (warmth in your chest, a settling in your gut, or a subtle shift in energy). Does this action feel like it serves my greater purpose or pulls me away from it? Allow the sensations to guide you without forcing an answer.
Affirm: “I trust my body to reveal what aligns with my highest intention.”
Step 4: Inquiry-Facing Truth and Sovereignty
Move deeper into self-honesty. Ask the reflective mirror, "Am I lying to myself to avoid a painful truth or allowing myself to be manipulated?”
Let the question settle gently. Notice any sensations, tightness in your throat, heaviness in your shoulders, or a spark of clarity in your heart. If emotions like fear, shame, or anger arise, breathe into them. Place your hand on the area of your body where you feel the sensation most and say: “I see you. I am safe to face my truth. I choose my sovereignty.”
If a specific truth or situation emerges, acknowledge it without judgment. Imagine a soft light surrounding it, giving you the courage to see clearly and stand in your power.
Step 5: Inquiry - Supporting Your Growth
Now, shift toward expansion. Ask: “Show me what supports my growth.”
Inhale deeply and visualize a warm, golden light flowing from the top of your head through your entire body, illuminating your heart, gut, and core. Let this light highlight what feels nourishing, vibrant or true. It might be a feeling, an image, a word, or a sense of direction. Notice where your body feels expansive, energized, or at peace.
If no clear insight arises, trust clarity is unfolding. Say: “I am open to what supports my growth. I trust my path.”
Step 6: Integration and Embodiment
Return to your breath. Inhale deeply, filling your body with presence. Exhale, releasing any lingering doubt or tension. Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, inviting movement back.
Visualize a cord of light connecting your heart to the earth, grounding your clarity and sovereignty. Then, see a cord extending upward from your heart, linking to your highest intention and core values. Feel yourself anchored between two points of rooted and expansive.
Say to yourself:
“I am clear. I am sovereign. I am aligned with my values and truth.”
Step 7: Closing and Action
Take a moment to journal or reflect on what arose. Write down sensations, insights, or answers that surfaced, especially around your core values. If an action step feels clear, such as making a choice, setting a boundary, or exploring further, commit to one small, intentional step to honor your alignment.
Place your hands on your heart and affirm: “I carry my values, clarity, and sovereignty with me. I am whole.”
Practice Tips
Revisit this script whenever you need clarity or alignment, especially during decisions and transitions.
If strong emotions surface, pause and breathe, return when ready.
Pair with gentle movement (stretching or walking) to integrate somatic experience.
Trust your body’s signals, they often speak the truth before your mind is ready to see it.
With Love,
